Consent Lessons for Cis Men, Unblocked, & Boundaries + Your Business Coaching

$4,000 8-week program: 8 weeks is the time I’ve found it necessary to begin a transformation. We’ll work together on unlearning, de- and re-programming habits and patterns, and within 8 weeks you’ll see a huge shift in your thinking, how you move through the world, and how you navigate conflict. We'll have eight hour-long sessions. You'll have suggested assignments. You'll be able to talk with me by text and voice memo on Signal during my “office hours” as much as you’d like, which really helps integrate these concepts into your being. Phone calls between sessions are available as well for extra support at no further cost. You’ll receive my BASICS 6-Part class (a $250 value) before we start.

$8,000 4-month program. You'll receive the same care and support as above, and we'll be able to get into deeper nuance and subtlety. This option is for deeper and more holistic integration of this practice to really work towards fluency and embodiment.
